Chorus A superior rating at the District Music Contest at Oakland-Craig ended the year on a good note for Chorus. “That’s the best Wahoo has done in a long time,” said chorus teacher Mr. John Lauber. Chorus started the year off by going to a conference chorus clinic at Arlington in November. After the clinic they gave a fall concert. One of the highlights of the year was an invitation to perform in the Omaha Symphony Association, which was to be held at the Ak-Sar-Ben coliseum unfortunately this was cancelled because of a strike by the Omaha Musicians Union. In December chorus presented a Christmas concert, which was their final concert for the year.
