The 1976-77 Pep Club had a very busy year. Some of their money making projects included a bake sale and selling Pretty Pads (little note pads). Also for the first time the Pep Club purchased flowers for the Senior night. The cheerleaders also had a busy year. They put on a cake raffle and sold candles to raise money for Cheerleading camp. Also the Wrestling Squad was increased to six instead of four for next year. This was a very controversial year for the pep club. There was even a question of dissolving the pep club and revising it to a spirit or booster club to include the boys. This idea did not pass however. The only change that took place was that Mrs. Skipton retired as sponsor. Mr. Baumert will take on the responsibility for next year. New uniforms will also be an inspiration for next year. I.
