Through your democratic system of school government we hope you iQ have developed a love for the Democratic 1 way of life, a love so very strong that Qt no totalitarian form of living will tempt you. In this world crisis, when other 554 democracies of the world are one by one yd being victimized by agressor nationsg a 'W great responsibility rests on the United States and its citizens. Our hope is that 'J the young men and women who graduate from A Wa-Ki-Hi will become citizens who know Q9 their responsibilities and, when called upon, will take their places in the 7 greatest of all fights--the fight to pre- serve our freedom.
