When I applied to be a Rotary Exchange Student about a year and a half ago, I didn't really think that would get it. They told me that I had been accepted and I was going to W.Va. and I said to myself, When is W.Va.? Now I have found out what W.Va. is and I think it is a lot better to come to a place where every body is friendly and you get to know many interesting people instead of going to a big city where you are just another face in the crowd. I didn't actually like it when I first came here because I'm used to a bigge city. I had never played football before I came over here and so it was fun. When I came back from my visi back home over the Christmas holidays, it has been a lot different since the first time I was here. I fee more comfortable with everythingg people, school, and language. Being a student in a foreign country is . wonderful experience and I think anybody who gets the opportunity to do so, should take that one yea because you get it back in the form of friends. If I could do it again, I would. I'm not happy about leaving this summer, but I am sure I'll be back. I would like to thank everyone a Wahama High School this year who has helped me throughout my school year. Thank You. A.F.A.
