She graduated with a B.S. degree from Claflin College, Orangeburg, South Carolina and a M.S. degree from Michigan State University. Ms. Gipson, a participant of many activities, has sponsored and co-sponsored the Student Government Association, Senior Class, and was the co-ordinator for the Black History Week for two years. She has written a course entitled HMulti-Cultural Studies in American. Ms. Gipson, a teacher for four years at Wagner High School will be leaving Clark AB with her husband Tsgt. James Gipson and her two sons Kirk and Kyle, for Shaw AB, South Carolina. Expressing her feelings to the administration, faculty and student body, Ms. Gipson saidL HBeing a part of the Wagner High School family was a learning experience and I really enjoyed being a part of it. Good Luck to the graduating seniors!H we are happy to dedicate the Fledging l983 to a teacher who has unselfishly given so much to Wagner High, has always been an exemplary person, and leaves many warm memories with us.
