Varsitg Plagers For the past twenty-eight years the Varsity Players has endeavored to give its patrons the best in dramatic art. On January 20, l924, the group first 'met and since then has been attempting to fulfill this aim. The V. P.'s presented, in the spring of l95l, a student production of John Loves Mary . ln the fall of the same year, George S. Kaufman's The Butter and Egg Man was brought to the Wagner stage as a student production. Both were enthusi- astically received. Professor Nicholas A. Moss has been the direc- tor and faculty adviser of this group for the past four years. He has gained the respect of all who have worked with him for his excellent guidance and directing. ln the spring of l952, Professor Moss expected to attempt his most ambitious under- taking: an outdoor presentation of Shakespeare's Macbeth , A thriving group, the membership is continually increasing and hundreds of dollars worth of new, permanent equipment has been acquired. lil P MR- NICHOLAS A- MOSS
