The Student Christian Association is Wagner's one all-inclusive student religious organization. A variety of activities were presented by the SCA, giving oppor- tunities of service to any interested Wagnerian. The regular meetings were bi-weekly at which time pertinent topics were presented and dis- cussed. Standing committees were active: Bible Study was concerned with study groups in the dormitoriesg Vesper Devotions were conducted every Tuesday and Thursday, being planned and led by studentsg Mis- sion Emphasis brought mission topics to various chapel programsg Social Action carried on worthy welfare projectsg Sunday School classes were held on the Hillg the SCA again sponsored the Campus Community Chest Drive, with the Fourth Annual Carnival. The Association engaged in an extensive recreational program for the benefit of the campus community. Through these activities the SCA hopes to present the message of God's love for all mankind, and to develop and strengthen rich and effective personal faith within each member of the Wagner College family, 69 . The mem- bers of the Traditions Committe e are also members of the Board of Traditions, which includes re re p sentatives appointed by the President of the College, from the faculty and the Alumni. 68

Pre-Seminarg Association The Pre-Seminary Association of Wagner Col- lege was organized to serve the ministerial students of all denominations in 'their educational, recrea- tional, and social needs. At the regular monthly meetings, topics of interest are presented by promi- nent speakers, followed by discussions. Some of the topics discussed during the past year were Youth Work in the Church, Pastoral Morality, The Mission Fields ofthe Church, Liturgics, and Miracles of the Bible. The Association sponsors a team in the intra- mural basketball league.
