rl W 1 as its scholastic interest, the fraternity presents three awards annually: The Kappa Sigma Alpha award in education, the Kappa Sigma Alpha award to the year's most outstanding player on the Wagner College football team, and the Gordon Lathrop Scholastic Cup. The group annually sponsors a semi-formal dance, a Founder's Day banquet and a May Day social. The fraternity dances, which feature continuous music, are well known for their unusual and exotic decorative effect. Soon to enter into its thirtieth year of brotherhood, Sigma continues, as in the past, to stress scholastic achievement, effective participation in the extra-curricular activities of the campus, a true spirit of fellowship and an undying loyalty to our Alma Mater. The fraternity has instituted an annual award to the outstanding student in the English department and has reactivated the Herbert Holter Memorial Plaque for excellence in Athletics. The annual dance sponsored by Sigma was once again held directly after the January finals.
