Fad ! Fa ds! WHS students are never considered old fashioned when it comes to styles. Their choice of clothing reflects their personality and Wadsworth, definate- ly, has a variety. Punks and Preps are the ultimate fashions, but blue jeans will forever be around. Some peo- ple describe Punks as people who wear outrageous, funky clothes. Preps wear expensive, designer clothes with trade marks to be seen and have everything monogrammed. These styles are easily recognized while walking through the halls, as ev- eryone follows one of these fads. Right: Sweaters, oxford shirts. wool skirts, boots and leg warmers keep sophomores Lori DeRonde, Leslie Gairing and Kelly Clif- fel warm. Above: Although new fashions come and go, these students demonstrate the never ending style of jeans. Bottom Right: Carol-Lyn Falanga, Steve Neumann, and Maureen Haupt are prep- pies.

Above: Mrs. Friend helps Mona out with the study hall monitor position. Center: Now located in the lobby by study hall, Mrs. Miron's bookstore does a brisk business. As the world changes around us Wadsworth High School definately moves with itl There was some shuf- fling of rooms in l983. Mrs. Miron moved her bookstore from the com- mons to the cafeteria lobby. The li- brary was freshly carpeted as was the main office. Computers are the in thing at WHS and many students spend their free time in the new com- puter room. Mr. Neff now has his own office and video tape center which is next to the incoming TV studio being built at WHS by Warner cable. New faces of incoming freshman and a cou- ple of teachers are expected every year. One thing for sure, if you haven't seen WHS lately, you haven't seen WHS.
