dl. Aug' The Look Thats Right ln the 1981 school year, cowboy boots, Lee and designer jeans, oxfords, pretty pullovers doctor shirts and concert jerseys were the look that was right. To top it all off, feather earrings, cowboy hats and headbands were the latest. Richard Simmons and jogging kept everyone in shape as well as the candy machines being filled with granola bars, peanuts, and sunflower seeds instead of candy bars and potato chips. For entertainment everyone had the Rubik's Cube and video games and enjoyed electronic games like Asteroids, Space Invaders and Pac Man. Music was still as popular as ever with favorites like the Rolling Stones, and J. Geils Band, ACDC and Journey. Far left: Beth Householder models the look of lacy blouses, western jean skirts, and fashion cowboy boots. Left: Smurfs and Rainbows seem to be the popular new keychain ornaments. Above: Suzy Kelly displays how late Fall faslons brought in button down collars, warm pullovers, wool skirts and tights to match. 8'5 .
