We are well pleased to hear that you consider the students of the class of 1948 so outstanding. From the enclosed data we hope you will find what' ever material necessary to complete your proposed book, Idiot's Delight. Very sincerely yours, R. E. KRAUSS, Principal Rlilispdq Wadsville High School Miss Marilyn Kreider has been given the position of instructor of the rhythm band at Ruth Rohrer's nursery school. Miss Betty Koenig retired from the position because of a nervous breakdown. Miss Carol Messner has recently purchased the Classy Chassis Cab Company of New York City. Miss Messner informed us that she will introduce to the public the radically different automobiles manu- factured by that famous firm, Adams and Russell Motors Company. While Mr. Adams spends his days at the office, his gracious wife, the former Helen Drollinger, divides her time between her thriving candy business and her lecture tour. Her current topic is Nab Your Man Early in Life. Phyllis Shugarts is still pounding away at her typewriter trying to get her stories in under the deadline for the great magazine, 'iRead and Weep. Sara Sorrentino has opened her own beauty parlor which she has named the Hair Salon. She has been doing a very profitable business, especially with the men. Nancy Halliwell is trying to break into the movies since she won a beauty contest. No doubt she will make a big crash. John Arpad and John Peronis have tied for high point man in the National Hopscotch League. Mr. Peronis attributes his success to Jim Serfass's No-Slip Soles. Mr. Serfass also recommends his famous soles for all young men in the habit of falling for young women. Frances Hosfeld has the wonderful job of teaching the polar bears in the circus how to ice skate. Peggy Gish is now teaching traveling salesmen the supersales technique that is used in making big sales. Millard Means has turned out to be one of the main contributors to human progress, His latest development is a midget atomic bomb. In a few weeks it will go on sale at all large toy shops and will sell for 31.98. Millard guarantees that the product is less dangerous than twenty pounds of T. N. T. Junior will certainly get a kick out of this new toy! The twice divorced Nina Gardner has just opened a restaurant called t'Gardner's Grimy Grille. Contrary to its name, it is one of the cleanest in the state. Professor James Fisher has recently accepted a position at Vassar where he will teach psychol- ogy. Mr, Curtiss Fritzinger has just finished a twofweeks' run at the local theater with his allfgirl troop which is billed as Hltsy Fritzie's Follies. Old friends in his chorus line include Misses Beatrice Hartzell and Barb Roth. The girls are still very attractive despite the wrinkles of age. Rosemarie Daley is now teaching the Declaration of Independence to Japanese beetles desirous of becoming American citizens. Joan Allan can be seen sailing the high seas with her husband who is captain of the tug boat, 'tWhitey's Wicked Wreck. Misses Marilyn Daniels and Mary Lou Smith are the co-owners of a pet shop, where their slogan is, You smell it, We sell it. Richard Carney, the brilliant professor at Utopia University, conducts daily classes on the cor- rect art of operation of the yo-yo and blowing of bubbles. It is said that he uses only Pop gum, manufactured by that great firm headed by Bob Hackenberg and Tom Baldwin. Jack Eby recently entered the rest home at Massillon for all dejected football players.. The strain of a three-year losing streak with the Cleveland Browns seems to have been too much for him. Leonard Hurst has just been chosen as the most prosperous dairy farmer in the state.
