JUNIOR CLASS Vv a om oo — ee Bad - -— a s s 3 2 CLASS OFFICERS Left to Right: Jimmy Webb, President; Buck Kitchin, Treasurer; Anita Hamer, Secretary; and Brent Mudd, Vice-President. Filled with enthusiasm and zeal, the Junior Class began the year by selling more magazine subscriptions than any other previous class. The total sales amounted to $1,600.57 with Betsy Kiker high salesman. The ordering and receiving of class rings and the planning for Junior-Senior were exciting events which highlighted the year. ‘‘Missy’’ Allen and Hazel Horne performed as cheerleaders while Mary Eva Harkey served as a majorette and sponsor for homecoming. Several other members of the class participated in foot- ball, baseball, and basketball games and still others were members of va- rious clubs. With Mr. Merritt Robinson and Miss Patsy Harmon as sponsors, the class enjoyed a year of work and fun. 26
