Lady Rebels Face Tough Competition The Wade Hampton Academy var- sity girls’ basketball team worked very hard this year to equal its per- formance of the year before. They practiced each day for an hour and a half from early November until early March. The Lady Rebels led by Coach Monty Smith gained experi- ence throughout the season. They became a very close team and learned to pull together. The Lady Rebels ended the season 15-10.
