THE OTHER SIDE OF THE Todd Dunham on a natural high. MOUNTAIN' ' Young Life is a very unique high school organization. It involves a group of students here at Waco High who come to Young Life because they want to learn more about Christian life and how to better apply it to their lives. Young Life is led by a group of Bay- lor students. The leaders at Waco High during 1980-81 were Marianna Jones, Collins Sims, Brenda Smith, Sherri Nel- son, Joel Edwards, Carol Smith, Kelly Armstrong, and Ginger Peotzman. The Young Life leader was Joel Edwards. Young Life activities included a ski camp during the Christmas break, skits, peanut butter and jelly eating contests, kiss the pig, the dating game, and other games. Young Life met every Monday night at 7:30, at the home of one of the mem- bers. . . . AND JUSTICE FOR ALL S. Yarbrough, J. Burnett, C. Chambers, M. Espinoza, R. Belcher, K. Jezek, T. Burns, J. James The Conflict Committee, under the leadership of Mr. lglehart, is a commit- tee of students selected to recom- mend solutions to various problems that occur among the students of Waco High. The full committee consists of eigh- teen members, who are divided into three groups. Each group consists of two students from each grade, one of each sex and one of each race. The committee meets once a week to dis- cuss and suggest disciplinary actions for student offenses and misconduct. T 65
