Klembers are required to maintain a grade average of 85 and to earn a mini- mum of ten service hours each semester. Assisting with the activities of the Latin American Center, working at Red Cross and at Hillcrest Gift Shop are weekly projects of lierry. As special projects Berry girls sold crutches for the Klarch of Dimes, manned liet- tles for the Salvation :Xriny Christmas Drive, sold poppies and forget-me-nots for Disabled Veterans, and planted flowers and shrubs around the lllusic Hall. l':tgc 'YN All-Service-League projects inc ude selling pennants repairing dolls and collecting clothing for the Toy Chest. and serving as hostesses for the speech banquet. Berry members also cooperated in planning and presenting the High Hat. flloney-making projects included the selling of Christ- mas cards and Yvaco High megaphones. To round out the many activities, Berry members enjoyed several social activities. These were two formal initiations: two installation dinnersg an infomial initia- tion with our brother club, Sportsmen Ilg and the Daisy Chain, signing party given by lllrs. Ed Berry, Sr.
