Currently involved in an extensive building program, the Board is contributing highly to the betterment of education in our community. ln- cluded in the program is the renovation of old school buildings by alterations and additions where needed as Well as the erecting of new ele- mentary school buildings. As boys' acl- visor he finds time to run an employment bureau along with his counseling. He attends all night functions in the gyin, supervises the grouiuls during lunch hours, trains the school projectionists, and schedules teachers' extra duties. Last, but not least, Rlr. YVare's genial personality 'has made friends of his teachers anal pupils. ln spite of the size of the school, he manages to become acquainted with just about everyone and is surprisingly familiar with the personal problems of many of the pupils.
