Cabe, VVaco High School has become one of the most pro- gressive schools in the state This is due to his con- stant efforts to improve our school and benefit the students. During his four years at High School, he has given us the vocational guidance system, the good sportsmanship code, the activity point system, and the guidance programs for the students. Under his guidance there has been expansion of the school clubs and advancement of the student government. He has always worked for democracy in our school and fairness to every individual. Lade has become a familiar sight in the halls of VVaco High School. Considerate of all, he is constantly working for the betterment of the school. In his role as boys' advisor, Blr. Lade is known for his great patience. Having been a teacher in VVaco High School for many years, he has developed a keen understanding of the problems and interests of boys, along with firmness when necessary. As assistant principal he has charge of the grounds, cafeteria, study halls, and does credit checking for the IIA boys. VVaco High is indeed fortunate to have such a capable and efficient person among its administrators. Page I0
