Let’s face it, he’s one of the best teachers around. And he cares about his kids. He wants them to have the best school possible. He comes to cheer them on at their games. He gives them the best he has in every class. That’s a lot. His education and his personal experiences combine to make his teaching inspiring and exciting. This is why we are dedicating our yearbook to Mr. Scott Ljungberg. You have learned that success in any worthwhile endeavor is determined by the degree of commit¬ ment among the individuals involved. Continue to search for meaningful goals and strive to reach them. The only limitation on your potential is your willingness to give of yourselves. Irving H. Agard Superintendent Edward R. O’Connor Assistant Superintendent ASSISTANT SUPERINTENDENT OF SCHOOLS PRINCIPAL TO THE CLASS OF 1968 After four years of endeavor, the day has finally arrived when you say good-bye to the many dear friends and memories that you have gathered while a student at Wachusett Regional High School. Your parents and teachers are equally proud of you for having the fortitude to achieve this goal and for the many fine contributions you have made to the school. Your future is now resting in your hands. Make of it what you will. Idealism, determination, and faith will help you reach your personal goals. Best wishes for a bright and happy future. Martin F. White Assistant Principal ■Ml ASSISTANT PRINCIPAL As you approach the end of your career here at Wa¬ chusett, I hope it is with a feeling of complete satisfaction. Birgitta, eighteen, whose hometown is Goteborg, Sverige (Sweden), was able to come to the United States thanks to a scholarship from the American Field Service. For the year, she became a member of the Kopp family and a sister to Pam Kopp, one of the seniors at Wachusett. During her year here, she attended classes at Wachusett and participated in many of the activities in school. She was a member of the Glee Club and the Girls’ Varsity Basketball Team, and took part in the Senior Play. She was also active in the American Field Service Club, the student-run chapter of the organization which sponsors our student exchange program. Now that her year at Wachusett is over, Birgitta will be returning to Sweden to continue her education. She hopes to come back to the United States soon for another year of study, and wants to become a doctor. Good luck in the coming years, Birgitta. 38 Sue Ellen Abramson Carol Ann Adams Mark George Ahearn Gail Irene Alquist Richard Francis Aldrich Anna Birgitta Alklev Peter Paul Alinovi Peter Paul Amons William Everett Aho Joseph Roger Aubin Brian Nelson Bancroft Paul Joseph Ballotte John Roger Baskis Mark Vanasse Armstrong Sharon Elizabeth Auger Donald Allison Ball Elizabeth Ann Ballard Ralph Bailey Jean Leslie Baker Charlene Virginia Bengston Carole Lynn Beaumont I, $ Marilyn Delia Bellrose Brenda Marie Bergstrom Norman E.
