It is made up of Storekeepers, Ship's Servicemen,Commis- sarymen, Stewards Mates and Disbursing Clerks. Its primary functions are to feed and pay the crew, have available clothing and store bought articles,operate the ship'S laundry and barbershop and procure all necessary repair parts to keep the ship'S equipment operating.
