A WEEK TO BE WILD Did you ever think you could come to school and see a girl with no make-up and her p.j.’s still on, or a group dressed as a gang wander- ing around the hails? You would have if you had come to Wabasso's Spirit Week!!! Monday, Inside Out Day started out the week with a variety of funny-looking outfits. The next day was Sweatsuit Day, in which the athletic and not-so-athletic showed their school spirit by wearing sweatsuits. “Come as you are day was a day devoted to those people who have a difficult time getting out of bed in the morning. It looked as if everyone had that problem on Wednesday. Everyone simply got up and came to school. Thursday's Gang Day brought the streetlife to the halls of WHS and Friday wrapped up the week with the ever-famous Maroon and Gold Day. On Tuesday the Student Council planned a tug-of-war won by the sophomore-junior team. Friday was the powder-puff game with the sophomore-junior team again walking away with a close win. And that night was corna- tion when Jack Sagedahl was crowned as King and Sue Taylor as Queen. Friday the football team beat Sleepy Eye St. Mary’s 29-25 and topped the night off with a dancfe by KK 100 for all to enjoy. 1. Same to you Dawn. 2. Don’t we look great' 3. Punk Out. 4. Zeota stripes are in! 10
