Spring-Thing BELOW: Wait until you get up here Deb. (J. Suilman, D. Raimer). The flutter of excitement and happy smiles was the first indication at WHS that the Spring Thing was upon us. This year's prom was held at the Sheraton Hotel in Rochester. A buffet-style dinner was served which was immediately followed by the crowning of the 1971 prom royalty. Mary Kay Metz and Russell Meyer reigned over the festivities as the new king and queen. Following a short program, a dance featuring the Exchange from Eau Claire, was held. The seniors would like to take the time right now to thank the junior class for all the time and effort they contributed to make this prom such a special one for all who attended. ABOVE: What do you mean I have a bug on me? (J. Marcou, J. Belter). RIGHT: J. Holtzman- My girdle is killing me! (K. Lovejoy, M. Passe, S. Meyer).
