SJTTSH l W... Smiles: Contagious ures for Case of the Dumps A simple smile is the universal language of the world. A smile enhances the beauty of one's features and is the only communication system that allows a friendship to de- velop in an instant. A smile is the most inexpensive gift you can give and the most valuable one to receive. It can make a day that is doomed from the beginning seem almost bearable. But most of all, a smile is a contagious anecdote for the blahs. It is hard to describe the feeling a person gets when they are the object of a smile. That warm radiating glow seems to surround and engulf you. It's one simple signal that can make your day. Your entire being seems refreshed and excited. Especially when the smile is from someone you love. It is exciting that something that small and simple can be so big and meaningful. The wonderful thing about a smile is that everyone understands it, and every person comprehends the language of a smile.
