A EDICATION NOWLEDGE, the synonym of power and the gateway to truth, is not obtained easily and is not given to lfeep. Knowledge must be worked for, studied for, and thought forg its true value is realized only when it is put into circulation in one form or another. Aflcr four years of formal education, the Class of 1939 emerges into the world where the true worth of knowledge will be demonstrated. As we emlvarlf upon our careers we may well hold in mind the example set forth by one of our distinguished faculty, who has become one of the most learned men in his profession.
