Groove Phi Groove Social Fellowship, Inc. originated at Mor- gan State College. In the Fall of 1969 the Grooves established themselves on the VSC campus. The Social Organization is in no way srnall. There are some 25 or more chapters at various southern and northern colleges. The Men of Groove Phi Groove strive hard to produce many activities in the college and the surrounding areas. The Grooves' colors are black and white, the slogan is Grooves on the Move.

Many VSC students think that's the purpose of Party Phi Party. This social orga- nization loves to get off but they strive for brotherhood through social fellowship and to prepare one for his main goals in life. This orga- nization was first started on the VSC campus in 1969 by four black men Who had a dream of forming a social brotherhood.
