Pan-Hellenic Council fvf Jake Earl, Freddie Santiago, Alvin Hunter, Joyce Hunter, Constance Hill, Taylor, Ricky Crews, Joyce Wilborne, Jeffrey Woodson, Linda Ricks Gail Guynn, John Perkins, Francenia Palmer, Melody Robinson, Gilbert Alvin Flanagan, Pan-Hellenic Council is the governing and unifying body of all the Greek Organizations on campus. It consists of representatives of the local undergraduate chapters Ctogether with associate members representing the graduate chaptersl of Alpha Phi Alpha, Kappa Alpha Psi, Omega Psi Phi, Phi Beta Sigma, and Iota Phi Theta fraternities, and the Alpha Kappa Alpha, Delta Sigma Theta, Zeta Phi Beta, and Sigma Gamma Rho sororities. Government of these groups is mainly concerned with their activities on the campus particularly with reference to membership, scholarship, social life, etc.

Eta Chapter was established at Virginia State College in 1970. There are important aspects that the organization is aware of constantly. Two such aspects that the men of Iota Phi Theta stress are: Unity among the Brothers, and a consideration for those who are less fortunate. There have been Iota sponsored recreation programs established at the Harding Street Recreation Center in Petersburg, Virginia, so that the young children may participate in recreational activities.
