Talent Search Talent Search is for those students who meet the lovs income criteria established by the U.S. Commissioner c Education and are currently enrolled in high school, in another program of secondary education, or who are no longer in school but have demonstrated an aptitude for re entering an education program. Talent Search provides: counseling and other help on an individual basis to enable you to achieve a postsecon dary education, answers to questions you or your family may have about a postsecondary education and informa- tion about sources of Financial Aid. The books in the loan collections are generally available for a period of two weeks. They may be procured from the book stacks and checked out at the circulation desk in the respective areas upon presentation of the student's valid ID card andfor library card. The reserved books are to be used in the library until one hour before closing time. Properly checked, they may be taken for overnight use. Reserve books are due the following morning by 8:00 a.m., except Sunday when they are due at 2:00 p.m. 24

They pose in front Bound Upward Bound, administered by the Office of Education of the Department of Health, Education and Welfare, is a pre- college preparatory program designed to generate the skills and motivation necessary for success in college. Upward Bound generates to motivate the deprived student to strive for greater heights. Also, this project focuses on the high school in order that it might extend its educative services. In addition to the forego- ing, the project tries to inspire the college to admit its diversity of charges and to inspire the community to salvage and utilize to forgotten citizens.
