NEW BIRTH OF A MIGHTY LOVE . . . Many changes took place in the 110 organization this year. New director, O'Neil Sanford from Tennessee State, streamlined the rank and file, and established new performance procedures and disciplines. New drum major, Kevin Curtis, from Richmond, Virginia, brought grace, style and unequaled musical ability to his leadership position. To add glamour and magnitude to the band's performance, Larry Bland became the voice of the Marching 110. This energetic eloquence brought new life to Trojan spectators. VSC Little Theater The play, Isidor CCEEZEEDORJ is about the son of a king who is curs- ed by his father as he dies at the hands of Isidor. Because of Eezeedor's disrespect toward the younger wife of the king, Abrianu, he enters into an argument. The argument ends in his father's death and a lasting curse upon Isidor and all of his sons to be. The curse finally ends with the death of Isidor himself. Eezeedor teases Abrianu about the size of the hole in his net, hoping to cheer her from her gloomy outlook of her pregnancy. Obulor, played by Sheila Bullock, shows her dismay over the desecration of her late hus- band the king's grave.
