Lasley, Hughes Relatively Calm CRCJ Petteway, Jr., Alton Wildrnan Drayton. A Deep in the Valley of Love, long ago came a hand, a powerful Black Hand. This hand roamed The Valley far and wide, seeking The Almightly-Thigh!! The initial meeting of these two powerful forces brought about the birth of the Fellowship of Felta Feelers, known world wide as I PHELTA THI Fraternity. I PHELTA THI started on Oct. 25, 1973 on the Va. State College Campus by five freshmen men who decided that the campus was in need of a totally together organization. The Brothers created a motto which is indicative of the organization, It's better than no ASSATOLT And it's pur- pose is to get all you can in one hand.

Synchronized Swim Club President: Linda Jap Person, Secretary: Ora Stanton, Reporters: Wright Stanton and Elizabeth Kinch. This club has given water shows and participated in intramural competitive swimming. It has been in existence for two and one-half years. The membership is approximately twelve students and it is still growing.
