The Challenge Ahead: Never has the need for leadership in all areas of human relations been as great as it is now. If you are to accept the challenge of living lives that are meaningful, not only to those around you, but also to yourselves, you must continue to build on the foundation which has already been established. It is my hope that you will honestly and sincere- ly apply the abilities which you now have to the tasks which lie ahead. Only such personal dedica- tion would be worthy of what you have accomp- lished thus far. My very best wishes to you for the future.
