The Challenge Ahead: Never has the need for leadership in all areas of human relations been as great as it is now. In direct proportion, the opportunity for dedicated women to assume influential roles in our society has never been as great. You have just begun. If you are to accept the challenge of living lives that are meaningful, not only to those around you, but also to yourselves, you must continue to build on the foundation which has already been established.
