hirty-two years ago this spring, your President set foot for the first time on the Intermont Campus. These years have seen many changes. The institution has grown from its modest beginnings to a position of leadership in the national family of Junior Colleges. Her graduates have gone to the four corners of the globe. Her students now come from many parts of our nation and from foreign countries. The size of the present student body is limited to the capacity of the school. There were fully a hundred who applied last summer too late to secure rooms. It can be easily seen that this condition means a carefully chosen student body. That is one reason for the success of the present session. What of the future? As you Seniors go from her halls, you are interested in the success of your Alma Mater. You love each brick and clinging vine.” You can be counted upon to uphold the repu- tation of the school you love so dearly. Those who remain behind to carry on will strive to maintain and even raise the standards, to strengthen the financial condition, to cherish the ideals, and lift to a higher plane the spiritual atmos- phere of the College. Students of session 1943-44, we here express our gratitude to a Benevolent Heavenly Father for His watch over you during your stay in Intermont. He has led us, one and all, along pleasant paths and through green pastures. As you go out to face the larger responsibilities of life, our best wishes and prayers shall follow you. Sincerely yours, H. G. NOFFSINGER, President Miss Marguerite Pflug, Dean of Faculty ,, r-. c „ . ,, ‘ Mr. D. O. Snodgrass, Business Manager Mrs. Grace Seay, Dean of Women
