DR. HENRY HORACE HIBBS. JR. Dean of the School of Social Work and Public Health and Director of the Richmond Division of the College In the Wigwam of 1937 we have tried to crystallize the spirit of youth by employing it as the theme. Because of his unfailing interest in the welfare of the students and the school, we dedicate it to Dr. Henry Horace Hibbs. In the following pages youth is concertized in various attitudes. Will the youth of our generation remain stationary as. Fair youth, beneath the tree, thou canst not leave Thy song nor ever can these trees be bare. ' If we are not so fortunate as that figure on the Grecian urn, we can. in years to come, cherish the ideals of youth and observe a tolerance toward its aspirations.
