Top-side E as we're more commonly knovm, is responsible for all electrical equipment not directly associated with Reactor Plant operations. The division is broken up into two work centers, EEO1 and EE05. EE01 is comprised of Electricians Mates fEM'sl while EEO5 is made up of Interior Communications Electricians UC menl. EE01 is responsible for the Ship's Electrical Safety Center, motors and their control circuits, lighting, power panels, and small boat electrical maintenance and upkeep. Don't blame them if the boat sinks: they have a hard enough time getting it in the water! And once its in the water, don't be surprised if you see one of them on the boat deck praying that it starts.
