B, X35 ln the spring of i954 it became evident that thc time was at. hand to compose an Alma Mater song for our school so that it could be used at our first graduation. We could scarcely aspire to a completely original melody. but we did want to get away from plagiarism. With the help of Captain A. P. Randolph. the father of one of the members of thc first graduating class, Mr. Miller. our musical director. composed a two verse song with a well established tune which was changed considerably. lt is hoped that all students past. present and future. will learn and remember our Alma Mater.
