David Kolb puts the sea- son into perspective with these words: The key to our season was hard work everyday in prac- tice. We appreciate the help from our coach, who pushed us along. The long trips all over Texas were fun. We had a good time and really got to know each other. lt's an excellent way to make friends. Friendly on the course these men weren't. They finished no lower than 3rd in every tournament. These dedicated men have just begun. We expect these people to be fine golfers, who play golf with a passion. i VINES VVRESTLEMANIA he Vines High School wrestling team put on their own display of Wrestlemania. Coming to school early every morning, they sweated through the long workouts. They put every muscle into every push and every pull. After workout they would shower and think about how much better they had gotten. That's what the Viking wrestling season was all about - learning. With few sophomores, the Vikings needed experience and teaching. Coach Koebke gave them that and more. He also gave them a chance for a suc- cessful, profitable season.
