LGCKERS. he lockers at Vines come in one shape but many fashions. They usually tell the ob- server many of the intricate details of the occupant's personality. From the tidy cleanliness of the beginning of the year to the hazardous waste dumps they become, lockers seem to play a part in one's subconscious. Sometimes it seems that the tests, homework and other random arti- cles find their way into an infinite void into which there is only one entrance . . . your lock- er. Then, the missing article will suddenly reap- pear two or three weeks after it was needed. The gym lockers at Vines have been known to create many problems. Because of their cramped space, clothing which has been left in them settle, so that when the locker is opened - BOOM. Spontaneous combustion occurs. LET' DG LLINC ost of the kids here at Vines have had the experience of sneaking to McDonalds for lunch at least once. The cafe- s T aiAa teria's food offers a very goodexcuse for this, although fast food is nottmuch of a step up. Anyone with class has to go somewhere else. There is a great selectionof restaurants out there forfsiomeone with the means to get to them.lThe only real problem is getting back to school in half an hour. Some people do notcaregaaboutrthis at all, but for those of us who do care, the problem is unavoidable. This means you either eat fast or have a fourth or fifth period teacher who likes you a lot. lf a friend with acar is tyourlmeansof transportation, your afternoonsare in his hands as, with too many tardies, you may find your a fternoons full of hour long detentions.
