Frosh Drill Team Vines Freshmen Drill Team members pay close attention to the WI IA I A C instructions of their director, Ms, Freeman. I he 1985-86 Vines Freshman Drill Team strived to become Vikettes. Each Day they worked hard to perfect the basic funda- mentals involved in being a Vikette. They worked on such things as march- ing, strutting, and kicking. Our main goal this year is to prepare ourselves for the difficult task of being a Vikette, stated one of the drill team members. This is not a performing group but they do per- form once at a Freshman Basketball game. The most important thing to these girls is mastering the skills required in being a future Vikette.
