OUR BISHOP His Excellency, John Francis Dearden,cele- brated this year, twenty-five years in the service of the Church. Bishop Dearden was ordained in 1932 and became the seventh Bishop of Pittsburgh on December 22, 1950. Hisunceasing interest in and support of Educa- tion and his vigilant care for his flock are only two of many characteristics which have endeared him' to us.
