Miss V.U., Beth Whitesell speaks at the dedication of Vigo Hall. President Phillip Summers explains the contributions of Francis Vigo in the settlement of the Vincennes area. ; Francis Vigo Hall is the fifth residence hall on the Vincennes campus. The facility is co- educational and houses approximately 400 students. The dedication ceremonies at Vigo Hall on November 19th were part of the Homecoming festivities.
