CEIEEIHIZ 33221225 QHr25id2ni nf 3Hi11r2nn25 QEInii.12r5iiQ A beloved history professor of my college days used to say tlzat historical events come in the 'fullness of time, when social, economic, and political e- vents coalese to make them possible. Transferred to the contemporary and to Vincennes University this means that a number of' factors have been coordinated to make possible the present outstanding contribution being made. Among these factors has been the rapid growth of the student body, mak- ing possible the expansion of the curricular offerings until some twenty-eiglzt vocational-technical programs are offered along with the Hne academic IVKHZS- fer programs. Increasing support both ,financial and psychological from Governor Roger Branigin and the General Assembly has been decisive in making possible the University 's service to an evergrowing student body. These factors joined with the dedicated leadership of the Board of Trust- ees, the excellent leadership of the faculty, the loyal support of the friends and alumni have brouglzt Vincennes University to the peak ofits educational service. My personal thanks to all for their cooperation in the past year. It has been a year of progress and service. The student body is to be congratulated on its spirit and leadership throughout the year. I.K.B.
