The Confusing First Days First days of school are always confusing to everyone. This year with the largest freshman class in the history of Lincoln High and many new faculty members, some students, teachers, and days were really mixed-up. However, after the first trying week, freshmen were able to be on the right floor each hour and usually in class on time, and teachers had become adjusted to the routine of a new school year. Brenda Bailey, a freshman, ponders the mess in her locker while debating which books she will take home. Selling books on the first day is Lyman Lance, a new teacher in the science department. Back To Class Routine Linda Dale and Rita Finke are seriously working on a complicated experiment while Jack McClure finds it amusing. Terry McGlone in background watches dubiously.
