THE I956 JUNIOR SENIOR PROM The Junior Senior prom is a well es tablished lnstltutlon at Lincoln High School Each class works enthusiastl cally to create a finer settin for this exent than the precedm The l951 emblems and miniature castle as a cen ter piece was unique and among the finest ever produced Work be an on the project in Feb ruary and was not completed until the nicht of the prom Under the supervlslon of Mr Briscoe and Mis Davidson the class worked sellmb candy pop and even dill p1ckles to raise money for the affair Althou h the prom lasted but one n1 ht the participants know that It had all been worth vshlle UI Louples in the Grand March The Castle of Dreams is shown in the center. Soon after this photo was taken over 200 couples were dancing to the music of Glynn Gregory and his orchestra.
