Vlr, Ralph Banks, our superintendent of city schools, Eisisted by the able members of the school board, r, Boeckman, Mr, Kixmiller, and Mr. Allen, is 'esponsible for our well-organized and efficiently operated city school system. Mr, Banks is not only woted for his outstanding civic leadership, but is wighly respected throughout the state among other :school superintendents. Snyder, the principal, supervises the academic lite of Lincoln l-ligh School, I-le is ably assisted by the Dean ot Boys, Mr, William Decker, and the Dean ot Girls, Miss Nelle Eppert. ln addi- tion to advising the boys and girls, Mr, Decker teaches Biology and Agriculture while Miss Eppert teaches I-lealth and I-lome Economics.
