FRESHMAN CLASS The Freshman class, all new to the school last September, have already begun to show the invisible spirit which molds twenty-six separate individuals into a fine class. Scholastically, they boast of having one-third of their class as steadies on the Honor Roll. Early in the year, wishing to lessen the number of Frosh offenders in the new Student Court, they set up a Freshman Court composed of a Judge and other class officers, its purpose to try offending Freshmen without airing the matter before the student body. Athletically, Fall saw approximately one-half of Coach Zappone's J. V.'s composed of Freshmen. Somewhat fewer, approximately one-third, were represented on the C basketball team. Freshmen were also prominent at all school dances and at such organizations as the Sodality. After this fine beginning, we are sure that the Class of 1957 will be an out- standing credit to Villanova during their remaining three years.
