l l l 26 'I Leadership camp at Santa Barbara began the year for the ASB cabinet. There, the ASB officers exchanged ideas with officers from other schools and were given fresh insights for the year to come. No sooner had they held their first meet- ing-4th period, than major issues arose that needed to be decided. Main areas of concern this year included: planning homecoming, adding benches in the quad area, changing the budget, and coordinating and approving various student body activities and clubs. An exchange was held with district rival El Modena's cabinet in hopes that good relations would result. ln general, the cabinet with personal ef- fort tried to overcome student apathy with action. 2, 0-LVMP.
