The world all around us issues commands externally. with no one ever stopping to tell why their way is a better one. We find ourselves in conflict with the world which we can see and unable to see the world which is in harmony with our being. It seems that we have intruded on the visible environment, and the mythical beings which inhabit it are always checking up on' our thoughts, our hopes, and our whereabouts, as though unwatched and unattended we would present a threat to their existence: in reality, they only exist because we do We tread carefully, climhinq towards a question mark

' Q In efforts made to watch the steps we take, in the fear of upsetting the balance of things, isolation occurs. We find ourselves alone in a crowd. alone in the midst of chaos. Like most evils, isolation is self inflicted: we strive for goals only to find that we have become chained, influenced by some- thing that perhaps we fear to reach for. Whatever the reason, it is certainly enough to cause a throw- ing up of the hands in frustration, and a wondering of where we stand in the world that surrounds us. Turning inwards we at last confront the victim and the product of a world which is screened from the examination by the walls of our own mind. qt 7-1 .-
