ART Art students do much more than draw and paint in art classes. Although both of these are important, a well-rounded artist knows something about weaving, sculpture and print making, too. As you can see, Villa girls are given the opportunity to develop their talents in several artistic areas. Below, Carol Dziadaszek holds up her weaving for Kim Bogdan, Debra Nowak, and Rebecca Myka who are busy completing their own. IUNIOR-SENIOR BANQUET Friends Are Forever was the theme of the junior- Senior Banquet on February 1, 1980. On that day, juniors and seniors celebrated the joy of their newly found friend- ships. In the morning, juniors presented the seniors with corsages and invitations to a banquet in their honor. Their excitement carried through to an afternoon Liturgy which the girls shared. In the evening, they enjoyed a tantalizing buffet dinner in the social hall. Afterwards, the juniors entertained their guests with singing, dancing, and other delights. The high- light of the evening's entertainment was a candid slide show presented by Nancy Grasso depicting the seniors in their true colors. Everyone enjoyed the day and hoped their blossoming friendships would continue to grow in the years to come.
