STUDENT COUNCIL The Student Council is the student government of Villa. Its members represent the student body and are responsible for maintaining the important link be- tween the faculty and the students. Over the year, Stu-Co has sponsored dances, a magazine drive, skat- ing parties, dress-up days, and a bike-hike-a-thon designed to unite our school in the hope that as a group We can achieve harmony. They promote school spirit in their enthusiastic decoration of the school halls during the Christmas season. Ellen Pease speaks to juniors about the problem of world hunger. Student Council members made an effort to stress the importance and relevance of the World hunger situation.
