Plan became reality. Our days at X illa Nlaria continue to mean more and more to us. As upperclassnieri. we develop our character and ln-come thc person me want to lie. Through our strong and wholesome example. we endcavor to set forth the specilications of a true X illa Marian. juniors strive lor this role. as some of us turn to typing and stenography. while others attack the arts and sciences. Added maturity makes us more interested in making our school days inernorahle ones. No activity passes hy unnoticed. Un the hocltey Iield me find many of our classmates luring- ing glory to us and to Villa Maria. Many enthusi- astic Juniors practice hour after hour on the lmaskethall courts. hoping to attain the perfection we desire in everything we do. All cannot be hockey or lnaskcthall players: however. we show our spirit as dancers and singers in the all-important and long-remembered 0peretta. ,lune brought Class Day and our participation in the heautiful Daisy Chain Ceremony which symhol- izes the links of friendship which endure through the years. J. TRUSKEY seems to enjoy her role as teacher of English Literature. Her assistants are L. Scheib, C. Harrington, and C. Nemetz.
