2 LHST llllll HHH TESTHIHEIIT g Q' We the Class of 1953 being about to pass out of this sphere of education, rn full pos hereby publish this our last will and testament To the members of the faculty we will those virtues and talents which they are so sadly lacking and which we have an over abundance, namely. power of thought, foresight, wrs dom, and scholarly leadership. To Mr. Gaines and Mr. Kelley we bequeath the memories of this marvelous and out- ' 5 f X . . . . - session of fully packed minds, well-trained manners, and superhuman understanding, do . . . . X V I ..- 9 41 ,1- standing class with the feeling that the wonderful achievements of each and every member of this class will be so great that they will reflect upon them and make them equally famous. We also bequeath our most humble apologies to the custodians for any mischief that we may have perpetrated in and about the building which may have inconvenienced them in any way. If there have been any such occasions we wish to assure them that it was done only in a spirit of innocent fun and not for spite or malice. To the Freshmen we bequeath our patience, understanding, controllable tempers, will power, and the Declaration of Independence in hopes they will take the latter and put it to use, To the Sophomores we bequeath, our few remaining millions so that they may put on a prom the Class of '54 will never forget. To the Juniors we bequeath our position as The Big Wheels so that they may also make their last successful turn in this high school. I, George Adams, do hereby bequeath my seventh transaction to the bookkeeping class of '54, I, Donna Andrews, do hereby bequeath my ability to get along with teachers to Kenny Pyle, who could use it. I, Charles Behl, do hereby bequeath my well-groomed hair to my brother, John, so it can stay in the family. l, Don Bender, do hereby bequeath my ability to play the trombone to Denny Watson so he can carry on in the band.
